Who we are
AutoReplyAgent is operated by company legal name, business address (“AutoReplyAgent”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect through this website, our booking calendar and our service, and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@autoreplyagent.com.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Your name, email, phone number and business details, when you book a demo or sign up
- Onboarding details, such as your AI agent’s name, your preferred area code, and logins for your previous CRM and domain provider
- Billing details, handled by our payment processor
Information collected automatically: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, through standard server logs and cookies.
Information about your leads: when you use the service, we process your leads’ names, phone numbers, emails, property details and conversations on your behalf, to run your campaigns and AI agents.
How we use it
- To book and hold your demo and onboarding calls
- To build and run your account, campaigns, AI agents and A2P registration
- To provide support and training, and to bill you
- To keep the service secure and improve it
- To meet legal obligations
Text messages and mobile information
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your demo, onboarding and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, or text message opt-in consent, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers who deliver the messages for us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with providers who help us run the service, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Our CRM and messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), including the booking calendar on this site
- Phone carriers and messaging partners, to deliver calls and texts and register A2P
- Hosting, analytics and payment providers
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information.
Logins you give us
We use the CRM and domain logins you provide only to move your data and set up your account and website. We recommend changing those passwords once onboarding is finished.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Lead data is deleted or returned to you when your account closes, on request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by writing to hello@autoreplyagent.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the CCPA; we will honour them.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
